Samantha hadn’t believed in the rumors. The FOSE—short for “Fantasy Orgasm Swapping Event”—was nothing more than an urban legend. Said to be a cosmic fluke that supposedly caused people to swap bodies during orgasm if one was thinking about another. It sounded ridiculous.
But as she knelt between Jake’s legs, looking up at him through her lashes, she couldn’t help but be overwhelmed with love. He was everything to her. Every moan, every gasp he let out, made her heart swell. She wanted to be closer to him than ever before.
And then, it happened.
As he shuddered, his hands gripping the back of her head, a wave of heat shot through her body. For a split second, she felt weightless—then everything lurched.
She gasped. But it wasn’t her voice. It was his.
Her vision swam, and she found herself sitting on the couch, chest heaving, looking down at herself. At her own body, still on its knees, blinking up at her with wide, horrified eyes.
“What the fuck?” her voice—his voice—boomed.
She shot up, but her movements felt foreign. Heavier. Stronger. Her hands flew to her chest—broad. Solid. Hairy. She pulled at the open shirt, revealing a body that wasn’t hers but one she had spent so many nights curled against.
Jake—now in her body—scrambled backward, touching her face in disbelief. “No, no, no, this isn’t real!”
She swallowed, heart pounding. “Oh my God.”
The FOSE was real. And they were never switching back.
