Airport Swap

Nathan had mastered the art of body theft. Airports were his hunting grounds, and today was no different. He never had a ticket, never stood in line — instead, he just needed the right person. Young, carefree, ready for a vacation. Today’s target was perfect.

Nathan spotted him leaning against a terminal wall near the boarding gate, scrolling on his phone in a casual green t-shirt, backward cap, and loose maroon gym shorts. The Cancun boarding signs confirmed it. The guy was about to disappear for a week of sun and drinks.

Nathan wasn’t about to let him do it.

When boarding started, Nathan made his move. He slipped through the crowd and brushed past the man, making sure his hand connected with the guy’s arm. A flash of lightheadedness, and suddenly Nathan was standing taller, muscles straining against his shirt, feeling the cap snug on his head. He blinked and turned, seeing his old body — weak, weathered, and wide-eyed — staring back at him in horror.

Nathan didn’t give him time to react. With the man still frozen in shock, Nathan walked straight through the gate, scanning the boarding pass as if nothing had happened. Once on the plane, he slid into his seat, heart pounding. The rush of the successful swap always thrilled him, but this one felt especially good. This body was strong, thick in all the right places, and full of energy.

As soon as the seatbelt sign switched off, Nathan slipped into the cramped airplane bathroom. His reflection stared back at him from the mirror, and he couldn’t help but admire it — sculpted arms, a sharp jawline, dark hair peeking from under the cap. He pulled up the loose shorts to check out the powerful legs and thick thighs. He flexed and grinned.

“Perfect,” he whispered.

By the time the plane was soaring over the clouds, Nathan’s old body was still trapped back at the gate, confused and powerless. Nathan, however, was on his way to paradise — and this time, he had the body to match it.
